Studio Booking
How do I book a studio session?
Fill in the booking form on the Studio Rental page with your preferred location, session type, date, and time. Our team confirms availability by phone or email within 24 hours.
Which locations are available?
We currently operate studios in Ajah, Lagos, and Ologun Eru, Ibadan. You can select "No preference" when booking if either location works for you.
Can I choose a podcast package when booking?
Yes. The Studio Rental page includes a pricing section where you can select a podcast package (Starter, Premium, Executive, or Elite) — your choice is submitted along with your booking request.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a few days ahead to guarantee your preferred date, time, and location, especially for weekends.
Payments
How do I pay for a studio session?
Once your booking request is confirmed, our team will share payment details and complete the booking by bank transfer to our official studio account.
Is online card payment available?
Not yet — online card payment is on our roadmap. For now, all payments are confirmed directly with our team after booking.
Do I pay before or after my session is confirmed?
Payment is required to secure your slot once our team confirms availability for your requested date and time.
Refund Policy
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
Refund and rescheduling requests are handled case-by-case. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change, and our team will work with you on the best option.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes — reach out to our team by phone, email, or WhatsApp with your booking details and preferred new date, and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
Photography
Do you provide a photographer or videographer?
We can connect you with a trusted, independent photographer or videographer for your session. Their fees are negotiated and paid directly between you and the professional — iRepresent Businesses LTD only provides the studio and the connection.
Can I bring my own photographer?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own photographer or videographer to your session.
Split Fire Podcast
How do I apply to be featured on the podcast?
Fill out the application form on the Split Fire Podcast page with your details, social links, and a link to your best song or freestyle.
How are applicants selected?
Our team reviews every applicant's social media activity and content. If you're selected, we'll contact you directly by email or phone.
How long does the review take?
Review times vary based on volume — if selected, you'll hear from us directly. There's no need to follow up multiple times.
Artist Management
Who manages the artists?
Artist management is personally overseen by our CEO, Badmus Toheeb Ademola, alongside the iRepresent management team.

Will I be locked into a restrictive contract?
No. Our Artist Protection Policy means we don't require artists to sign agreements that unnecessarily prevent them from joining a record label or pursuing future opportunities. Every deal is reviewed with the artist's best interests in mind.
How do I book a management consultation?
Use the consultation request form on the Artist Management page. Our management team typically responds within 2–3 business days.
